Adresses/Fixes #1509. #1622 Implements

  • Restored original code to test the adaptTemplates command in eclipse application and deleted faulty code

This PR will should continue the work of the old PR #1631. The old PR will be closed cause of CLA problems. @devonfw/cobigen
