Volume levels change after saving

When I add sound with for example 2% volume and and click done and open it again, the volume changed to 1%. If i save it again, the volume is 0%.

1.9.0, issue persists in 1.9.2alpha1 How to reproduce: Open Soundboard Add Add local file set volume to 5% Main and 5% VAC Done Edit Main and VAC volume are now both at 4%
