Can you add a way to import and export ip addresses for temporary and permanent bans??

Currently, permanent bans are saved in the config.xml where the program is installed to.

It would be nice to have a TempBanlist in the config as well, I imagine something like this. Expired Temporary bans could simply be removed from the list, so it can re-create them if they are not blocked (firewall was reset, or moved the config to another server etc).
