Only count initial email (ignore replies)

I would like to request an option to count only the first email of a message/thread, and disregard subsequent replies.

I use ThirdStats to visualise the number of support emails/enquiries being received per month at a particular email address. However, sometimes the email correspondence occurs over multiple messages, which distorts the actual number of actual enquiries being received.

It would be useful if those replies (e.g. with the same subject line) could be filtered-out from the ThirdStats count so that just the initial enquiry would be recorded.
