Song Notes on Setlists

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Song notes are currently global for songs. There should be a possibility to save notes to songs for a specific setlist.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be an additional context menu entry for songs in a setlist, to add notes. These notes should be displayed on the setlist in presentation mode.
