Issue with Microsoft Visual C+. Unable to run 1.9.3 version of Yaba Sanshiro

My video card Intel HD 5500 doesn't support any Vulcan with its dlls which are demanded by 1.9.3. build. It also demands that I install Microsoft Visual 2010. I Installed it from folder with 1.9.3. but no effect. Can I run this latest build with my current video card? What should I do?
