Uoyabause 1.9.3 complains about lack of dll and crashes when clicking OK in the settings window

Specs: Win7 x64, 4 GB RAM and Intel HD 2000 (latest drivers).

Uoyabause gives me a msg saying that vulkan-1.dll is missing (solved downloading the file and putting it in the folder but it'd be better if the file itself was already included with the emulator).

When i remove any shortcuts (clicking 2x and pressing DEL to remove them) right after i press OK to save the changes the emulator crashes. Unfortunately i dont have a crashlog to send to you.

Btw, bugtrap hosted here on github https://github.com/bchavez/BugTrap is a GREAT tool for that, it can create crashlogs that are saved already zipped, although the site says it's for .NET it works with other languages.

EDIT: just found out that it doesnt matter what i change, uoyabause crashes if i click OK in the settings window.
