Game image displays in a tiny box in Window mode

Issue is as the title says. The emulator just started displaying the games in a tiny box in Window mode and just never stopped. Nothing I have attempted from changing the window size, changing the window resolution, switching from OpenGL to Vulkan and back, or switching from Fullscreen and back fixed it.
