I just wanted to add that this exact error happens to me when I play the english translation of Dragon Force 2 using Yabasanshiro (HLE BIOS) on the Raspberry Pi 4B. After starting a new game you are prompted to select a kingdom. After making the selection but before the overworld screen appears a blue screen with the error code shown above is produced on screen. It doesn't seem to matter which kingdom you select, the error code comes up regardless.
