Wrong path in Readme.md to run application via dotnet run

Hi,

In the Readme.md the path set to run the app via dotnet run command is set to src/Pacco.Services.Availability but should be src/Pacco.Services.Availability.Api. The same goes with another Pacco.Services.XXX repositories.
