The logic and description of "ignored" could be clearer

This is how my output looks:

debcvescan scan Summary Total:12 Open:0 High: 0 Medium: 0 Low: 0 Unknown: 0 Ignored: 12

It is unclear what is ignored and why. Also there is no option to enlist the ignored items. Possibly an enhancement / feature / milestone?
