Getting error in /Qrcode scan

Hello,

We are frequently facing Some Technical issues.

• We are pulling the latest Docker container using an active key.
• After downloading, I have to run the docker container after accessing the service via the browser.
• First, I have to start the session. Then Get a QR code for pairing WhatsApp Web or WhatsApp.
• But we are facing a QR Coder error. Also, facing Couldn't Link Devices in WhatsApp and WhatsApp.
• Also Not able to get the Qrcode

• Need for a complete solution to this issue.

Hi! Could you check your version at /api/version to make sure you're using the latest one? Is there anything in docker logs after you /start session, may be error or warning? If there's no - could you try to start a session with debug: true flag and see what happens in logs? https://waha.devlike.pro/docs/how-to/deploy/#viewing-the-logs

@S1D007 2023.12.2 looks too old, try to update, we had important update recently (well, about a month ago)

• Hello, I'm facing the same issue! Latest Version 2024.4.2 & 2024.4.4
• This version also Gets the Same Error.
• How to overcome this issue. We're already paid but do not use it.

@linuxserver2016 hi! is it WEBJS (default engine), right? Could you check /screenshot - what does it show?

@linuxserver2016 One more thing to try - using chrome based (not chromium) docker image

May be it's some sort of bug in chromium + whatsapp web
