[Feature Request][Dashboard] - show global webhooks on "session config" dialog

Right now it's easy to forget that you have some global webhook set using env variable when creating a new session (or checking existing one) We can add "Global Webhook" section (read only) so it's easy to check other webhooks that will be send

❓ Do we need to hide it via some flag when we add "per session key" so "session user" can not see global setting?
