[GOWS] - Missing webhook information - message.edit

When editing a message I noticed that I don't receive this information in the webhook "IsEdit: False" even when it should be true. Another issue is that it doesn't bring the updated message.

Added dedicated message.edited event in 2025.6.3 for all engines
