[Feature Request] [NOWEB] Filter Chats for Chat UI

I need a route where I send an array with the contact ids and return their chat, including name, photo and last message.

It is common for chatbots to have tags, assigned agents and we filter the chat using this data, this would make the filtered chat speed faster.
