[Feature Request] Group Participants management - pending (past?) - accept/reject participants

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex.

In the WEBJS engine we get a list of active, past and pending participants. The last is very useful for an admin bot. However NOWEB only returns active participants.

I've seen that v2 participant events are now provided - so would request this is added there :)
