[Feature Request][NOWEB] - get messages from Channel (messages BEFORE scanning QR, history)

Right now NOWEB engine allow to fetch (using GET /api/{session}/chats/{ChannelId}/messages only messages AFTER you scanned QR. We need to make it work with history messages as well (there's a way to do that using queries
