[NOWEB] - cannot save chat label status

Describe the bug

The first minute the label function still works, get, put, etc. After that, it doesn't work, so it still reads the label history from the beginning. For example, a chat has been labeled blue, but it still reads the previous label, which is the yellow label, and it also can't be updated.
