[Chatwoot] - Global Language Override not working

The Global Language Override is not working in the Chatwoot App after following the steps described in: https://waha.devlike.pro/docs/apps/chatwoot/#global-language-overrides

Steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Setup Waha
2. Follow the steps described in: https://waha.devlike.pro/docs/apps/chatwoot/#global-language-overrides
3. Go to the Waha dashboard and follow the steps: 3.1. In a session, click in the "Apps" button 3.2. Click in "Add App" 3.3. Change "Select Conversation Behavior" to "Activity: Newest" 3.4. Change "Use Conversation with Status" to "Open, Pending, Snoozed" 3.5. Save the App
4. Go to the Chatwoot dashboard
5. See that the Command Contact send the original messages, not the overrode ones

Expected behavior

That the Command Contact sends the overrode messages.

Additional context

Just the Global Language Override is not working. Using the Per-app Language Override works, as described in: https://waha.devlike.pro/docs/apps/chatwoot/#per-app-language-overrides

But with Per-app Language Override it is needed to manually override for all new sessions. And with Global Language Override it would facilitate and make all sessions to use the correct messages by default.
