Does not launch correctly on iQue 3DS

When opening the application on my iQue 3DS XL, the bottom screen flashes hbmenu bootstrap..., then both screens turn white and nothing else happens. I am using bootstrap.cia and boot.nds from the latest version in the releases tab.
