installer error 403

I'm trying to install devtkitPro for debian more specifically for Linux Mint using the wget command as per the guide but it gives error 403 and if I try to do it manually it doesn't seem like the public key is not available

You're not trying to install devkitPro, you're trying to install toolchains supplied by devkitPro. devkitPro is an organisation, not software.

We are currently experiencing major issues with LLM generated bot traffic and the mitigation seems to be detecting some users as bots. What may help is visiting https://devkitpro.org and/or https://apt.devkitpro.org with a browser before using wget. It's a pain I know and we're looking into the problem.
