Missing required plugin

One of the required plugins listed in the install script for building the installer, http://forums.winamp.com/attachment.php?s=&postid=1831346 currently links to a Not Found page.

The build appeared to work without this plugin so perhaps the line just needs to be removed.

How did you manage to install it? It tries downloading and when it fails i can only click "retry" which leads to it not being able to download again, or "cancel" which cancels the entire installation.
