Animation doesn't work for RGB

The little progress bar man doesn't bounce for advancement when the RGB theme is selected.

Possibly a css animation class issue?

If we remove #progress-container i from line 172, the progress animation works but the icon is gray. Then by removing line 360 both animations work. This is because it's inheriting the color from body which works but changes all the other themes aswell.
