playing DVD IFO files

I'm trying to start playing DVD IFO file with Vlc.Wpf.Sample app. Player is not rendered and I have infinity loop of the following in log:

StateChanged : Opening StateChanged : Opening StateChanged : Playing StateChanged : Ended StateChanged : Stopped StateChanged : Opening StateChanged : Opening StateChanged : Playing StateChanged : Ended StateChanged : Stopped

I can open this .IFO file just fine in Vlc Media Player. Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

Ummm, I need a IFO to test it, do you have one?

I have but I have no static IP to share it. And it's 1GB size... Well, IFO itself is small but it can't be played without VOB video file, as IFO is some kind of link to vob files
