NetStandard support

Hi,

Are you planning to support NetStandard in the future?

I've created a new project in a fork that targets NetStandard 1.4 and after a few .NET API changes needed in your interop P/Invoke layer, it looks like it compiles fine. I will try and see if I can make a quick and dirty UWP app using this.

Supporting NetStandard would allow for developers to use this wrapper to target .NET Core apps, UWP, Xamarin (Mac, iOS/Android), Linux, Tizen and more.
