VideoFormatChanging change size of my video size

I have problem. Size of the video is changing. It narrows to near-minimum. with it I have event VideoFormatChanging.

What's your VideoFormatChanging event handler?

Can you explain me, why my video size spontaneously changing? and after or before that VideoFormatChanging event happened?
