Update skin to new version of Spotify CSS

The Spotify app has changed drastically since the last version of Spotio was released, so before we can even think about fixing the crashes and beginning to distribute Spotio again, we need to update the CSS.

If anyone has time to contribute, it would be greatly appreciated!

JFYI, @devinhalladay Archlinux AUR port worked last time I used it. It's just that some menu items are missing.

Currently using Spicetify to mod my Spotify https://github.com/khanhas/Spicetify While it is currently Windows only as it uses Rainmeter for the GUI you could always just manually run the lua files after changing the locations of files and choosing the settings. It is also based of a linux only script https://github.com/actionless/oomoxify so you could use that instead for your base.
