I got this on the fan 3DS port, it is really awkward, but luckily, it won't do no harm to servers as you cannot read them (On the 3DS one at least)

Yes . You can not read or send to them. They are actually sent to you on browser too but it gets not shown by the script. Thing is I could not figure out permission stuff. Way too much for me . Let alone doing this on a vita.

I will try it again and hopefully succeed.
