Skip download if file already exists

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A common scenario is batch downloading of seasons of TV. We have to use an external script for this process and do not know the name of the show from the URL so cannot manually check ourselves. Current Devine seems to blindly download and output the file overwriting the same file previously downloaded.

Describe the solution you'd like Devine should provide an option to skip download if a file with the same name is detected.
