This is actually working as designed as per the design of the Clipboard API (see here: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Clipboard). You will need to use HTTPS in order to work with the clipboard...

click and other mouse events on a BrowserView are ignored if the BrowserView is on top of a draggable region

@pushkin- Yeah I can still reproduce this issue on Electron v14.1.0, unfortunately not a duplicate.
