add tensordot to tblis python

This adds a simple tensordot implementation to the tblis python interface (and fixes a type warning).

Combined with the changes proposed in https://github.com/dgasmith/opt_einsum/pull/17, this allows tblis to be used as the backend for opt_einsum.
