This PR adds the Databricks icon to the devicon repository with all standard variations.

• icons/databricks/databricks-original.svg - Original colored version
• icons/databricks/databricks-original-wordmark.svg - Original colored version with text
• icons/databricks/databricks-plain.svg - Monochrome version
• icons/databricks/databricks-plain-wordmark.svg - Monochrome version with text
• icons/databricks/databricks-line.svg - Line version
• icons/databricks/databricks-line-wordmark.svg - Line version with text

✅ Configuration

• Added entry to devicon.json with:
  • Name: databricks
  • Tags: data, analytics, big-data, machine-learning, data-science, spark, cloud, platform
  • Color: #FF3621 (official Databricks color)
  • SVG Versions: original, original-wordmark, plain, plain-wordmark, line, line-wordmark

• Format: Optimized SVG
• Standard: Follows devicon conventions exactly
• License: According to official Databricks guidelines

Starting with the svg icon formats, sizes, optimization and also the merge request template, title.... We can use line or plain icon variants for the font, but we don't need all possible icon variantions. I suggest you check out our wiki, were we tried to define all you need to know on how to contribute icons.
