adding Statsmodels icon

Right now, the icon has not been added to the devicon.json, and the SVGs are not created properly or named correctly.

First, instead of using PNGs, use SVGs. We can use this SVG for the original and this for the original-wordmark.
Note that the only supported SVG versions are original, original-wordmark, plain, plain-wordmark, line, and line-wordmark. You can read all about the different versions here.
Here is a long tutorial on how to update the SVGs inside a program called inkscape and how to optimize them.

@s0ul141 You'll need to split each SVG into their own PRs. (Geopandas, seaborn, statsmodels)
Closing as it's been some time since any comments and the MR will have to be split into 3 sperate PR anways.
New MRs should be made for:
- geopandas
- seaborn
- statsmodels
