Hi, Xtrabackup does not support MyISAM tables backup, see https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-xtrabackup/2.2/faq.html#why-doesn-t-the-xtrabackup-binary-include-myisam-tables-and-other-files-in-its-backup-should-i-use-innobackupex-always This tool is just a wrapper around Xtrabackup, so it will not work, you'll need to use the InnoDB engine.
