Manage stars and watches

It would be wonderful to list and manage Stars and Watches. E.g. look at all Starred repositories, swipe left or right to unsubscribe, etc. From what I can tell, most other apps that have similar funcitonality either don't do it well or don't do this at all.

@brunolemos I want to take on this feature. I am not really good with design but I can implement it if it's already designed!. I can make more research on how to implement it and propose all the possible solutions. If you are okay with anyone of them I can happily implement it, but would need help to design the interface.
