Can you please include the correct license and attribution for files that this creates so that I can also include the correct license in my adapted works?

Which license applies depends on the original file that was used to create the file. The details are here https://fontawesome.com/license/free. I'm assuming that you are using the SVG and so these are an adapted work originally licensed under CC BY 4.0 license?
