Not working on Android

Hi, this works flawlessly for my on iOS. However when I test on Android (4.4.3) phone using PhoneGap Build it just says 'Loading' and the audio stream never plays. https://github.com/mikronesia/quiescent is my repo with this codebase pretty much unchanged.
