vagrant plugin install vagrant-librarian-chef gives: Net::HTTPNotFound: No gems found matching "vagrant-vmware-workstation" "2.3.3" nil

(I'm running with VirtualBox 4.3.12 and vagrant 1.5.2 on OS/X.)
