New 3.14 --lock_memory doesn't work on windows

Just testing the new release with solo Kaspa, the --lock_memory doesnt work, the miner show it at the start, but when mining it stay on the base memory clock (6800 MHz for my rtx 3070), doesn't work for less neither more memory (like 6400 or 7800). Normal --mclock works fine.

I'm on windows 10, with lastest nvidia drivers 527.37
