6800xt's fan settings don't work: limited to 30%

Hi, in a rig of 9gpu with only 1 amd, I wanted to try Gminer for it. Set up the batch file with a simple --fan 50 and a --templimit 64, the rest being --opencl 1 --cuda 0 --cclock 1500 --cvddc 1100 --mclock 2150 Started the miner, working well but after acknowledging fan set up at 50% fan speed slowly decreased until it reached 30% I increased fan speed: --fan 75 but still fan speed lowers to 30% I then replaced --fan by --tfan_min 50 --tfan 48 but still the fan speed seems capped at 30%

Any help or suggestion please ?

note: I tried to open Adrenaline to change the fan speed there but it does not hold, asa set it up it goes back to 30%. I tried to stop adrenaline processes in task manager but nothing helped so far. Should it help if I uninstall Adrenaline ? or maybe MSI After Burner . EVGA Precision ? They were and are not running tho.
