Anti-hacking system detected modification of the miner memory. (GMiner v2.41)
I'm getting this error...
GMiner version: v2.41 GPU: GeForce 840M Drivers I tried: 457.30, 461.09
Have you added Gminer as an exception in firewall & or Anti Virus? Something is interfering with it. Remember they are generally false positives flags by your AV
I just downloaded the latest release for linux and am getting the exact same erro on Lubuntu 20.04, and as far as I know I am not using a firewall or av software . What is generating this message - gminer itself, the pool or something running on linux as a daemon? How do I disable it on ubuntu 20.04 ?
Hello, i have the same problem. How can i fix it ?
I dont have AV.
Hi, it magically disappeared the next day. I do recall I was testing one of the scripts out of the "box" with whatever address was in it and that may have triggered something. But I tried several sites and got the same error. Since then I downloaded the most recent release and it still works fine. try that.
I am also running the most recent nvidia drivers : 460.32 on ubuntu. Nvidia's site has released 460.39 ...Max

My guess is it's Gminer itself reporting the error. I still run into performance issues because of this error and get an email indicating it stopped mining then started again after ten seconds. I noticed it more after overclocking the memory on my cards to 4ghz. Scaling it back gave it better stability. Tbh I dont mind the odd error now and again, ten seconds wasted isnt really a huge loss for me as Im not running millions of rigs on Bitcoin ha!
I'll have to check it out again. Thanks.

sudo ./ mine_eth.sh Using administrator rights works.
having this issue when started with node child process
I'm having the same issues.
With BASH shell it works fine, with the FISH shell it gives errors and does not start. I haven't checked with ZSH but I would assume it would also not work.
From what I can tell, it works with the default shell for me. Any shell started using exec
seems to give the Anithacking error.
Still present in v2.91 https://github.com/develsoftware/GMinerRelease/issues/732
