Enable all-page data download on campaigns page

For MapRoulette campaign pages, users would like the ability to export a .csv, similar to how it is accomplished for the total stats table.

Ideally, this would be exported in the same table as the editing stats, so a user only needs to export one file.

@jvntf how feasible do you think this is?
