White Water Rafting badge calculation doesn't add up

It's saying that 6m of waterway mapping is 90% of the way to the badge, where 6m + 49km is 100%.

Thanks for flagging @mojodna. The problem is in the description: the White Water Rafting badge doesn't look at km of waterways, it just looks at the number of waterways mapped. So this should read, "Add 49 more waterways."
