Support team and mapper image as attributes

It would be nice if a team could have a logo or other image, and similarly, if mappers could add a profile picture as a per-team attribute.

A global user profile picture might be nice as well, although in that case it would be redundant with the OSM profile's picture, so it would be better to just reuse that one for the non-team-specific user picture.
