Adding more than 5 users doesn't work

I've added "BC MAPANAN MITD OJT01" to BC MAPANAN MITD OJT05 .. at nr6 it stops, claims it can't even find that OSM ID, although all the other numbers at openstreetmap.org are just normally accessible
