Investigate ory.sh Identities

Now that OSM has enabled OIDC https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/pull/4226, we can investigate deprecating the https://github.com/developmentseed/osm-teams-auth-v1 service by moving the Oauth2 login to Ory.sh Identities.

Related to #456, as we'll be able to have an Oauth2 exclusive login to OSM.
