Team location search goes to unusable zoom level

While creating team, we can provide location for the team vai the map interface. On this map we can zoom up to 50 while OSM tiles supports only 19. So when search for a location, it goes directly to zoom level 21 and shows nothing. Maybe a good solution would be to limit the zoom to the point till tile images are supported.

I can't recreate this; zoom only allows up to the limit at which tiles are provided (assuming this is 19)
