if your display is set in windows to anything higher than 100% the app doesn't work

Describe the bug (mandatory) When the scale is set to 125% the program doesn't work.

Information about environment (mandatory):

• OS: [Windows 10 x64]
• Java version latest

Steps to reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start ns-usbloader
2. cannot continue

Expected behavior the programs misses the outer sides so all the buttons are missing because of the zoom
