I am trying to build a CTI with a custom softphone and finding it hard to pin the process on how to do it.

The official documents and links point to this repository which by itself seems to be outdated unfortunately.

Just a recommendation - It would help if this repository is moved to https://github.com/orgs/forcedotcom/repositories
