failure to install package

hello. I tried to install this package in my sandbox and it failed twice. it gave me this errors:

install open cti adapter failed

can someone help me figure out what's wrong so I can install this package? I need to use this adapter to test a functionality

or maybe can someone tell me a different way to install Open CTI in my sandbox?
